Here's everything you need to become your very best. You receive a biweekly plan specific to your goals and physiology.
The plan is periodized to peak you for major events and keep your other performances solidly better than ever. Every week your John will look at your workout log data and review the plan via email or phone consult.
Optional components of this program include initial zone testing, bike fit or other in-person technique consult, nutrition analysis and race reconnaissance, including mental cues.

Like our Championship Program, this option uses all of John’s experience and expertise to custom build a plan for your goals and physiology.
You will receive a training program each month which is designed to address your short-term and long-term goals. Twice a month phone sessions with John are a part of this program.
